    Book is xxxi + 329 pp. A bilingual collection of Borges' poems from several previous books, with English versions facing the Spanish originals, provided by a dozen different translators. The main contents are preceded by a Foreword by Borges (xv-xvi) and an Introduction by di Giovanni (xvii-xxviii). The volume contains translations of most other poems written by Borges around the same time that engage with Old English literature or early English history.

    "Fragmento" begins:
